There are gold coins in the outhouse.
Aw, I love how much detail they spend on stuff like this.Honestly, it's not my favorite game mode either, but I do appreciate them for doing new stuff. I play every few days while trying to 40 and take some time to look at the new areas they added and the cool stuff like this.
So impressive.
I may not have enjoyed it much and don't want to touch it again after hitting 40, but putting their kitty in is adorable. Shame there isn't usually more time to look around the area, little details are always fun no matter what.
It would be fun if they actually added those mobs and details into retail Arathi just for fun and flavor after the Plunderstorm event ends.(Also, one step closer to World Revamp, pleaseeee)
They didn't have to do the little details, but they did. Thanks devs
I love when Blizzard puts these little details all over the place. Makes it seem really fleshed out and alive. They did such a great job with Plunderstorm and everything around it. I hope they built upon it in the future
I mean, that's nice and cute. Appreciate the effort but kinda feels like its made for toddlers.OG Blizz had way better sense of humour.
Personally, I was drawn to the random high arakkoa (not an arakkoa on weed, one of the uncorrupted ones from alt-Draenor) hanging out on a post in the lobby. How'd he get there, and why was it a pirate's life for him? Doubt there's actually a lore explanation to it given the mode, but if there is one, I desperately want to know it.Also, speaking as a cat parent, Booster is a very cute kitty. I'll look for him if I can make the time in my next game.
OCE servers yet?
I did a double take the first time I saw the guy getting dragged in the water. I thought that was funny. Haven't spotted the other items. I wish we had a separate queue for game and could hang out in the starting area to explore more. It's clearly got tutorials meant to teach you what to expect inside the chests and give you abilities to try, but you never have enough time to get anywhere before it's into the cannon.
The creative teams always do a great job of adding fun details--even when assigned weird lemons like Plunderstorm.
The well is a reference to The Goonies! The kids wanted to grab all the coins under that well, but Andrea told them, they are the wishes and dreams of all the peoples out there....her "friend" of the basketball team (that jacket she is wearing till then) standind by the well, so she put the jacket on the bucket and he gets very mad over there :D
Yeah, real nice, I admit it was done with a great level of detail. But here I am over three weeks later, still waiting for the game to be free from the new errors they introduced.
I still hold out hope that they will update that part of Arathi Highlands in the live game with this rad little port town!
yes, I really liked looking at them before the start or finding them just by chance, the only good thing from the whole plunderstorm, the rest was garbage (and by the rest I mean the entire ill-conceived and unfinished plunder)
